Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a Hollywood writer and actress who's talent has brought her recognition and critical acclaim. Sagittarius. Her birthplace was in North Carolina, on 3rd December, 1960. She's the eldest child from Peter Moore Smith a paratrooper and Anne, a psychology student. She's of Scottish-English descent. In 1997, her career as an actress took a turn when Steven Spielberg cast her to be the main character in Jurassic Park: The Lost World that became the highest grossing film of 1997. She was a part of Magnolia (1999) that received a favourable review and was awarded an SAG nomination for her performance. The film was co-produced by Nicole Kidman, Meryl Streep along with other actors in The Hours, which was repeatedly nominated for Academy Awards.
